Why use an application for First Aid training?
By doing part of the training via an app, we are able to train people in First Aid with just one day of in-class day training. This in stark contrast with more traditional methods, which require participants to dedicate up to three days of their time to in-class learning to earn their First Aid certificate.
Our new blended learning methodology therefore saves our participants a lot of time, while still enabling them to acquire the skills they need to offer high-quality First Aid in case of emergencies.
Rwanda Red Cross is together with the South-African Red Cross, the first Red Cross society in the world to outroll such a revolutionary "blended learning" approach for first aid.
